#padsessions 014 | Raw and Unedited Coaching Session

This is a little bit different from the usual format. I simply turned on the camera and started recording during a goal setting session with an agent. This is raw and unedited and truly what it's like when meeting new agents. I don't like to have a "script" prepared because there is no one size fits all approach. Everyone has different goals, needs and holes to fill in their marketing plan. Instead of telling them what they "should" be doing I try to listen to what they actually need and then fill those gaps. Sometimes it's simply some education about a new platform, sometimes it's full on production. In this case something beautiful happened and I discovered that she has a media ecosystem outside of real estate that we can expand and start building and ultimately drive more business her way. There is something easily definable vs having to start from scratch and answer the most common question I get: "What do I post?". There true value is always in the details and these types of sessions are so much fun for me because I always learn something new and gain new ideas myself.
