PAP CHAOS

Le chaos a éclaté ce lundi au Parlement panafricain de Midrand alors que les députés n’ont pas pu s’entendre sur les modalités de l’élection du président de cet organe. Les images qui nous sont parvenus de la télévision nationale montraient clairement comment les parlementaires se disputaient l’urne et se criaient dessus.
