Smart Mobility stond dit keer in het teken van parkeren en mobiliteit. Veel overheidsorganisaties zijn bezig met het beleid rondom parkeren. Niet alleen voor de inwoners van een stad of dorp, ook voor de bezoekers en het bedrijfsleven. Parkeren is vaak een onderdeel van een mobiliteitsvisie of een uitvoeringsprogramma. Hoe komt het dat er altijd veel te doen is rondom dit thema en aan welke knoppen kun je draaien om parkeren een onderdeel te maken van je beleid dat op een constructieve manier bijdraagt aan een leefbare en duurzame stad? Marco Maréchal ging erover in gesprek met Marc Moonen van de organisatie Kwirkey. In 'Smart Mobility: The Future Is Now' wordt de theorie verbonden met de praktijk. De projecten die er zijn op het gebied van smart mobility en smart city worden besproken. Tevens is er een koppeling met de consument, de Nederlander, wat vinden wij hiervan en wat hebben we nodig om hierin actief in mee te participeren? Alleen door deze koppeling te maken wordt het een succes en geaccepteerd. Het betreft een interactief radioprogramma te gaan worden dat volop gebruik maakt van de gebruiker (de Nederlander). ‘Smart Mobility: The Future Is Now‘ is elke laatste dinsdagmiddag van de maand van 15:00 tot 16:00 uur te beluisteren op New Business Radio. De uitzendingen worden ook als podcast beschikbaar gesteld.
