The mandate of our previous leaders has been to take us out but it is now a question of creating a sustainable society. Now there is a mandate to take the African children out from economic deprivation into success and empowering them to take control and give a voice for Africa. You need the certain right fundamentals in place – the right political vision, the right policies in place along with educated and informed people. Young people need to understand what’s going on and what makes a good government. In trying to understand and solve the problems we have we have to go back to the roots and it has to be a societal change. It starts in your household and needs to build momentum from there. If you can’t say sorry on a microlevel how can you say it on a macrolevel?
