HAPPY 4th of July and HAPPY MONDAY BEAUTY INSIDER!    Hopefully you are having and amazing 3 day weekend!!??  We’ve had lots of beach and family time, the weather in San Diego has been basically PERFECT SO THANKFUL to have this time to create memories, had an amazing 3 hour meeting with my newest clients who are opening their own Salon suite at the end of the month!    So excited to be a part of their growth and journey…    Today is a special day in many ways - today I am not only starting to release 3 podcasts a week, but I am introducing you to my co-host, new best friend, an inspiration and all-around incredible fucking person - Sarai Speer aka.
