In this episode, Pastor Trae Crockett discusses his daily and weekly duties. Pastor Crockett is a full-time teacher, community activist and leader, pastor, husband, father, entertainer, and so on. Thankfully, he is still forging through as he has been called to do without thinking twice and with a smile. We dug in and reflected that pastors had suffered burnout during and post-pandemic. Some even contemplated leaving the ministry. Some had to improve their technical skills, took on additional duties, and worried about how their churches would pay their bills. Unfortunately, the congregation is often unaware of the danger signs. Pastors often carry everything on their shoulders without sharing how THEY feel.
