This technique is the question mark kick, a technique used in combat sports and martial arts such as karate, Taekwondo and Kick boxing among others, which bears this name because of the trajectory left by the stop since it is preceded by a feint in the air with the same leg that makes the opponent understand that the kick will go in another direction and then return, forming a kind of question mark with the movement of the kick. The question mark kick is a technique that consists of a circular kick that starts from below and ends in a high arc, simulating the shape of a question mark. This kick is used to surprise the opponent and hit their head or body. The correct technique for performing the question mark kick is as follows: Start in a guard position, with your feet slightly apart and your knees slightly bent. Raise your supporting leg slightly and turn your foot in the opposite direction of the target. Lift your lead leg, bending your knee and rotating your hips to generate momentum. Extend your lead leg in a high arc, pointing the top of your foot or instep at the target. Once the kick has reached its highest point, retract your leg quickly and return to the guard position. It is important to maintain balance and posture throughout the execution of the kick, as well as making sure to rotate your hips and shoulders to generate power. It is also essential to aim precisely at the target to maximize impact.
