She suggests an exercise called ‘Morning Pages’. You get up and first thing you do is handwrite write three pages of anything. Paula says “it works on a on a psychological level, it’s like a brain dump, can get rid of all the rubbish. It works on a creative level, because I find it just gets things flowing”.
