Pause, Pivot, Pedal Down - Pick your Poison!

Good Morning All! I am writing this up and will record tomorrow or? before I send, but if you don’t listen, here’s the short version: I am going to list here and continue to post content and information that I’ve found in the last few months I think you will enjoy or maybe get something out of. December is often a very busy month for many and there are also a lot of my podcasts unheard - this month or at least for the next week, two, three? - great time to catch up. That said, it’s time as I mentioned in the last non grid down podcast to shift gears and get back or start on the road I’ve been seeking but yet to really walking. There’s more but you can listen for that. Here are some of what I wanted to share: This is on the electric body, just confirms so much old thinking with new science. It gets better after the beginning - but very good! This next man, Victor Marx and the interview is LONG with Shawn Ryan - I’m posting it from You Tube, but it is a podcast in most players. Warning, VERY intense and full of triggers if you have been abused. But, a very powerful story - one of the most intense you will hear from a man who was severely abused and how he transformed it. That said, it also confirms so much of what I’ve been thinking and trying to say that is much easier heard from his perspective. Part One, you can find the next two if you are interested in this: Also, it would be a great time to relisten to all the grid down podcasts, you can find them all at the tab at the top of my substack. It was one of the best things I’ve produced and never really promoted - such a theme :) I’ll leave you with that as a start and say hope you get something from these talks and docs - all powerful info - but, not essential for most of our day to day survival! Plus some amazing sunset pics See you next time! Jill This is a public episode.
