Pause to Ponder

from Seasons of Joy · host Jill Pack

In this week's episode, we will be talking about the second part of the three part principle, The Pause Principle.  I will be discussing what pondering means.  It includes asking questions.  When we take the time to pause to ponder, to ask questions, we open ourselves to up so many possibilities.  There is so much power in the pondering. The higher the quality question, the higher quality the answer. I invite you to ask yourself more questions and see what you discover. What if I'm wrong about all of this? What if i didn't want that? How do I want to feel? What feels most like love? What do I want my action to look like? What result do I really want? I wonder why I'm choosing this thought? How might the opposite be true? What would I be thinking if this wasn’t a problem? What would it be like to not think about this? What does someone that has already done this think? What will be different about me once this is solved for? What would my future self tell me?
