Payton's journey: 10-year-old cancer survivor gives back

Allison Dominick talks about the various ways in which her 10-year-old son, Payton, likes to give back to the Spartanburg community. Payton, a cancer survivor, is raising money for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, an organization focused on research and clinical trials to find cures and better treatments for children with cancer. Payton will be shaving his head March 18 at the 11th annual St. Baldrick’s of the Upstate in downtown Greenville.
