PCA 3 Years later, Pg. 9: Mr. Kohberger is Named as a Suspect

from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo

This Idaho v. Kohberger podcast began with a page-by-page review of the Dec. 29, 2022 "Affidavit of Probable Cause" or "Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA)" signed by Det. Brett Payne of the Moscow Police Department that led to the arrest of Bryan C. Kohberger one day later in Pennsylvania, effectively document no. 1 in the criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger. During this special series also consisting of 18 episodes we look back at the PCA page-by-page with the benefit of retrospect and certain information and documents that were not available when we started this podcast. This is Episode 9 focusing on Page 9 of the PCA.Here Detective Payne continues to describe the travels of Suspect Vehicle 1 through Pullman as he asserts this is one vehicle captured on various cameras in the area. He also describes the fact that two (2) separate Washington State University law enforcement officers located Mr. Kohberger's car and reported it to the MPD following the issuance of a "Be on the Lookout" disseminated by the MPD to law enforcement officials. Additionally, we note that Mr. Kohberger's name is identified within the PCA for the first time on this page. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
