from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
This Idaho v. Kohberger podcast began with a page-by-page review of the Dec. 29, 2022 "Affidavit of Probable Cause" or "Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA)" signed by Det. Brett Payne of the Moscow Police Department that led to the arrest of Bryan C. Kohberger one day later in Pennsylvania, effectively document no. 1 in the criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger. During this special series also consisting of 18 episodes we look back at the PCA page-by-page with the benefit of retrospect and certain information and documents that were not available when we started this podcast. This is Part 10 focusing on Page 10 of the PCAHere, Detective Payne describes two traffic stops of Mr. Kohberger, one occurring in Moscow and the second at Washington State University. In doing so, Det. Payne appears to make an identification of the intruder DM advised two of Det. Payne's colleague's interviews of November 13, 2022 she saw rather than having the witness make this identification. Also on this page, Det. Payne discusses Mr. Kohberger's cell phone known as the "8458 phone" which will play an important role in Det. Payne's successful request for a warrant. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment ICongress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
