PCA 3 Years later, Pt. 14: Tracking Mr. Kohberger in a Non-Existent Town

from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo

This Idaho v. Kohberger podcast began with a page-by-page review of the Dec. 29, 2022 "Affidavit of Probable Cause" or "Probable Cause Affidavit (PCA)" signed by Det. Brett Payne of the Moscow Police Department that led to the arrest of Bryan C. Kohberger one day later in Pennsylvania, effectively document no. 1 in the criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger. During this special series also consisting of 18 episodes, we look back at the PCA page-by-page with the benefit of retrospect and certain information and documents that were not available when we started this podcast. This is Part 14 focusing on Page 14 of the PCAHere, Detective Payne describes actions undertaken by Law Enforcement to attempt to track Mr. Kohberger's whereabouts through the movement of his cellular phone, referred to as the "8458" phone in the PCA, from November 12, 2022 through November 13, 2022. According to the PCA, the catastrophic events at 1122 King Road occurred from 4:00 am through 4:25 am on November 13, 2022. At one point, however, it is asserted Mr. Kohberger traveled through "Uniontown, Idaho" which does not exist. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states:Amendment Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4 (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho4) (https://www.youtube.com/hashtag/idaho...
