Constraint-induced movement therapy remains effective in unilateral cerebral palsy roughly ages two to eight, and cortical myelination continues into adulthood. (2) In the audio: Once the self-destruct cascade begins at that six hour mark, cooling completely loses its efficacy. — Correct: Benefit from therapeutic hypothermia diminishes progressively after six hours, it does not fall to zero.
