この春から、事業者の「障害のある人への合理的配慮の義務化」が本格的に始動したそうです。私は、まだその内容は良く理解していませんので、これから勉強です。 支え・支えられる人が、それぞれ理解しあうべくコミュニケーションをとって、お互い心地よい場所が増えていくといいなぁ、と思います。
