People give what they can 5-18-22

"Steve, People give what they can, if they have goodness and happiness  inside of them, that is what they will give to others, if all  they have inside of  them is  toxicity and anger, that is what they will give as well" So true spoken a word to me by a friend, who helped to clarify things and put them into light for me. My unrealistic expectations of others, to meet the high standards that I impose upon myself, making up invisible rules of concuct and reciprocation, and when the other parties do not "get the memo", then I begin an angry cold war, only known to myself.
