People pleasing is lying

Send us Fan MailWe don't want to be liers yet we tell others what we think they want to hear and often it is not what is true for us. we want to please them and so we lie, tell them not the truth and miss an opportunity to connect with ourselves and connect with the other person.  We can't connect with them because we are not us, we are pretending to be someone else.   We don't give them a chance to get to know us, to get to connect with the real us. With this episode I invite you to tell yourself the truth about what you want to do and what you DON'T want to do, first tell YOURSELF the truth and then it will be easier to tell others.
