I am about energy and I believe a business has the energy of the owner, so if your company is successful then it is your energy that provided that. People do not like to pay people what they are worth but worse they like to control people to a uniform way of thinking.  In 2023 that does not exist, what really exists is the ability to create to take a business to a new level by allowing people to work from their strengths and not your old agenda from 1929. One of the things I find that companies do is that they like to strong-arm workers, so because they are paying you, they want you to do admin work for something that you are not responsible for. For example, when people are self-contracted you can not ask them to fill out a 400pg inventory sheet counting clipboards, pens, erasers and whatever nonsense. Because if you are paying me for that 8 hrs that to me is included in that window. Meaning at 430 I am saying goodbye to people and then going through your agenda. One thing about me is if you give me too many things to do, I will do it on your time. It is also common sense, if you have good company and workers appreciate you, they will be sure to let you know "Hey this object needs to be restocked". But when people don't like you they just want a cheque and don't care then they do whatever, which leads to the admin being annoyed.
