Por todos lados hoy día leemos de "los péptidos" Aquí te explico qué son los péptidos, por qué algunos (como la insulina o los agonistas de GLP‑1R) tienen evidencia sólida y aprobación, y por qué otros que se promocionan en redes (BPC‑157, TB‑500, CJC‑1295, MOTS‑C, epitalón, GHK‑Cu, AOD9604) no tienen ensayos clínicos robustos en humanos y pueden implicar riesgos de pureza, seguridad y regulación. ¡Espero que te sirva para que no te inyectes algo que no tiene buena evidencia todavía!
