When it comes to the content that you post online, you want every potential client to gain a positive perspective of you and your services. To appeal to high-end customers, you must consider the context of your content. In today’s episode, host May Yeo Silvers discusses the importance of perception, and how to create an impression that will attract the right customers.     A picture can indeed paint a thousand words, especially online. So when it comes to your online image, May explains that you want to create a perception that does two things: show your customers that your services are luxurious, and communicate to them that only you have the expertise and resources to provide them with their dream event. In addition to your pictures and videos, you want to be mindful of the word choice that goes with them. Rather than using phrases like “budget-friendly,” tailor your content to look professional and high-end because you get one chance to make a lasting first impression.   At the end of the day, the market will perceive whatever you want it to perceive so it is important to strengthen the delivery of your message.
