I worked in the post-rehab strength and conditioning setting for a local healthcare system (Dallas, TX) for the majority of my career, and also coached competitive swimming for a local school district and club team (San Antonio, TX) with swimmers elementary through high-school. Longevity and age-management has always been my priority. My family's health history inspired my personal pursuit of fitness and wellness, as well as athletics.
