Permission to Heal: Learning in the Dark

This is one of those episodes that felt divinely inspired (well, most of them do...). But it felt particularly special. It's about that trap door out of the rat race mentality when we can recognize that all things serve a purpose. The darkness can have just as many gifts for us as the light. The slowness, as many gifts as the fast lane. It is a reminder not to favor preferences in life, but to keep our heart open to be with exactly what is and trust that somehow, we are exactly where we need to be at all times.
