It was pretty cool to have had the opportunity to speak with three members of one of my favorite metal bands. I started with the singer, Sean Killian, then guitarist Phil Demmel and now... my guest on Episode 180 of The Brooklyn Blast Furnace is the drummer for "Vio-Lence", Perry Strickland! Such a fun guy to chop it up with. We speak about some of the crazy but absolutely fun things he did with the other members of the band when they were kids that, nowadays would be frowned upon. The history of the band, record labels, the records, and especially the long awaited upcoming "Vio-Lence" EP that will be released on "Metal Blade Records".
