Personally Speaking ep. 82 (Bubba Watson)

In this episode of Personally Speaking, Msgr. Jim Lisante is joined by professional golfer Bubba Watson.  Bubba plays on the PGA tour and he’s one of the few left-handed golfers on the tour. He’s a multiple major champion with victories at the Masters Tournament in 2012 and 2014. In February, 2015, Bubba reached a career high 2nd place, in the “Official World Golf Ranking”. Bubba has written a book called, “Up and Down: Victories and Struggles in the Course of Life”, in which he talks about the toll that chasing his dream of being a champion golfer took on his mental health. He’s here with us today to talk about his life, his career, his family, how reaching a breaking point professionally and personally drew him closer to his family and God, and how he hopes to help others by sharing his story.Support the show
