Perspective Points #23 - Why Neuroscience

from Perspective Points · host Luke Hopkins

Perspective Points: A podcast that is intended to be an outlet for me (and you!) to share thoughts about mindfulness. Ranging from topics like personal experiences and the lessons I have learned form them to general discussion about one's purpose, I really want this to be a place where not only myself, but anyone can share their perspective on what is meaningful in their life. On this week's episode of Perspective Points, I talk about what led me to major in Neuroscience, how I apply the material I have learned to both my training and my daily life, and the route I intend to pursue following graduating this upcoming year. Throughout the past 4 years, I have had a ton of self-reflection and moments of realization that have shaped my character as a result of learning how different mental states affect our lives. To be able to share the lessons I have learned with you all is truly a blessing.
