Pet Blog Posts WITH Keyword Optimization vs. WITHOUT [Comparison]

This question came up on the monthly Hot Seats call in my membership, Wear Wag Repeat Society. How do you know if keyword research for blog posts is really worth it? Can you show an example of a blog post written with keyword optimization and one without? Yes!
