  Our guest today is Peter Sherer is the Founder and CEO of ExperienceMatters. He is a strategic consultant and executive coach, with extensive experience increasing the effectiveness of both organizations and senior executives. He serves as the Senior Executives Association’s executive coach and is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation at the ACC level.
