2025 Yılı Finansal Raporu Önemli GelişmeleriPetkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş.'nin 2025 yılı finansal raporlarından öne çıkan temel başlıklar aşağıda sunulmuştur:Finansal Performans: Şirket, 2025 hesap döneminde 89.075.556 bin TL hasılat elde etmiş, ancak aynı dönemi 10.259.752 bin TL net dönem zararı ile kapatmıştır. 2024 yılına kıyasla brüt zarar artış göstererek 3.076.133 bin TL olarak kaydedilmiştir.Enflasyon Muhasebesi Etkisi: Grup, Türkiye ekonomisinin yüksek enflasyonlu olması nedeniyle finansal tablolarını TMS 29 (Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama) standardına göre hazırlamıştır. Bu kapsamda 2024 yılı verileri de karşılaştırma amacıyla 2025 yılı satın alma gücü cinsinden yeniden düzenlenmiştir.Varlık ve Özkaynak Yapısı: 31 Aralık 2025 itibarıyla Petkim'in toplam varlıkları 151.331.860 bin TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Şirketin toplam özkaynakları ise 63.962.607 bin TL tutarındadır.Stratejik Varlık Satışı (Petlim): Şirket, petrokimya sektörüne odaklanma ve borçluluğu azaltma stratejisi doğrultusunda, Petlim Limancılık Ticaret A.Ş.'deki tüm hisselerini 30 Haziran 2025 tarihinde 160 milyon ABD Doları bedel üzerinden SOCAR Terminal'e satarak devretmiştir.Gelecek Yatırımları (Master Plan): Grup, verimliliği ve karlılığı artırmak amacıyla yeni üretim ünitelerinin kurulmasını ve mevcut tesislerin modernizasyonunu içeren kapsamlı bir "Master Plan" üzerinde çalışmaktadır. Bu planın 2026 yılında Mühendislik Tasarımı (FEED) aşamasına geçmesi hedeflenmektedir.Bağımsız Denetçi Görüşü: Bağımsız denetim kuruluşu, Petkim'in konsolide finansal tablolarının tüm önemli yönleriyle gerçeğe uygun bir biçimde sunulduğu yönünde olumlu görüş bildirmiştir.
