Pharmaceuticals and Cancer

from Good Day Health · host Doug Stephan

On today’s Good Day Health Show - ON DEMAND…Dr. Jack Stockwell, a NUCCA Chiropractor and GAPS Practitioner in SLC, UT (866.867.5070 | ForbiddenDoctor.com | JackStockwell.com), shares a holistic perspective on health news today. A primary focus is the current state of the medical world with a mindset of pharmaceuticals for anything and everything, as opposed to treating the illness with a preventative mindset. Dr. Jack looks at cancer as an example, with a thought that, perhaps, we’re looking in the wrong place for curing cancer. Cancer is a mega-business. According to Dr. Jack, more people are making their living off of cancer than there are cancer patients. More people are paying off their mortgage, car loans, student loans, their children's’ student loans from the cancer business than there are people actually suffering from cancer. When our body is on too many medications, it relies on those medications instead of relying on our immune systems. The focus on improving our immune system has been less in the focus as treating illness. The body constantly generates abnormal or damaged cells that have the potential to become cancer, but the immune system (especially T cells and natural killer cells) typically acts as a quality control mechanism to destroy them. This process, often called "immune surveillance," prevents these cells from growing into tumors. Being overmedicated hinders your body’s natural ability to fight. Then, Doug joins Dr. Jack to address listener questions, starting with the “grass-fed edge.” Grass-fed beef provides a significant nutritional edge over conventional, grain-fed beef due to its superior fatty acid profile, higher antioxidant levels, and lower overall fat content. Cattle that eat only grass and forage (grass-finished) produce meat that acts as a cleaner, more nutrient-dense protein source, offering benefits for heart health, weight management, and reduced inflammation.Website: GoodDayHealthShow.com Social Media: @GoodDayNetworks
