Philippians 3:12-16 - Pressing Toward the Goal

As we look forward to what the New Year brings most people will consider making changes, and commitments, that will improve themselves outwardly. As believers, we should continue to focus on the goal of spiritual maturity; That is, becoming more like Jesus, pressing toward the goal of perfection and being with Jesus. Paul says, that to do this, we must forget the past, reach for what’s ahead, and press on toward the goal.
