There are things that sit in my mind—questions, responsibilities, and situations that feel uncertain. At times they press for attention, trying to draw me into worry and hold me there. But I do not stay in that place. I bring it to You. I exchange what is weighing on me for Your peace, and I trust You to take care of what concerns me. I am not held by anxiety. You meet me here—not with pressure, but with calm. Not with distance, but with nearness. You steady my thoughts and settle what feels unsettled within me. And as peace begins to take its place, trust follows. You are attentive to my life. You are aware of every need—seen and unseen. You provide in ways that go beyond what I can predict or control. So I release the need to manage everything. I rest in Your care, knowing that You are already working, already providing, already aligning what needs to come into place. And I hold this truth—you love me. Because You love me, I am not forgotten. Because You love me, my needs matter. Because You love me, I can trust You fully. Jesus, replace anxiety with peace. Let Your calm remain with me as I move into this evening. Let trust take root where worry once stood. I remain steady in You. Jesús, entrego mi ansiedad y recibo Tu paz hoy. Jesus Cristo, entrego a minha ansiedade e recebo a Tua paz hoje. From São Paulo to Atlanta, from Nairobi to Paris, across every place carrying anxiety and concern, You are present. You are calming. You are providing for Your people. So I release. I trust. I remain in You. In Your name, Jesus, I am at peace, provided for, and secure.
