The worries that return, the thoughts that circle, the pressure that builds—I do not carry them alone. Your Word speaks directly into this moment. I am not meant to live in anxiety. I am not meant to remain trapped in overthinking. You invite me to bring everything to You, not holding back, not filtering, but releasing it fully into Your care. So I let go now. I release the tension in my mind. I release the need to solve everything in this moment. I release the weight of what I cannot control. You are present here, even in this restless hour. Jesus, break the cycle of worry. Interrupt the patterns that keep repeating. Calm my thoughts and bring stillness to my mind. Let Your peace begin to settle deeply within me. Jesús, rompe toda ansiedad y llena mi mente con Tu paz. Jesus, quebra toda ansiedade e enche a minha mente com a Tua paz. From São Paulo to Manila, from New York to Madrid, across every city and every quiet room, You are near. You understand every thought. You see what I cannot quiet on my own.
