The patterns of overthinking, the returning worries, the pressure that builds in silence—I bring it all into Your presence now. Your Word interrupts this moment. I am not meant to carry anxiety. I am not designed to hold every thought or solve every outcome in this hour. You call me to release it, to bring it to You, and to let it go. So I interrupt every anxious pattern. I break the cycle of repeated thoughts. I refuse to let worry take control of my mind. I place every concern into Your hands. Jesus, reorder my thinking. Bring clarity where there is confusion. Slow down every racing thought. Let Your peace begin to settle deeply within me, restoring calm and stillness. Jesús, interrumpe toda ansiedad y renueva mi mente con Tu paz. Jesus, interrompe toda a ansiedade e renova a minha mente com a Tua paz. From São Paulo to Manila, from Los Angeles to Barcelona, across every city and every sleepless moment, You are present. You care for every detail. You understand every thought. So I release it all. I trust You fully. I rest my mind in Your care. In Your name, Jesus, I receive peace in this hour.
