The mind can become loud in the silence, and anxious patterns try to repeat themselves without rest. But in this moment, I choose to interrupt what is not from You. I will not carry anxiety. I will not allow these thoughts to continue unchecked. Your Word calls me to bring everything to You—and I do that now, without delay. So I break the cycle. I stop the pattern. I release every anxious thought into Your hands in this moment. Jesus, quiet my mind. Establish peace within me right now. Let every racing thought slow down. Let every restless feeling come under Your authority. Fix my mind on You and make it steady. You promise perfect peace when the mind is set on You. So I shift my focus. I move my thoughts away from worry and place them firmly in Your presence. Jesús, calma mi mente y lléname con Tu paz perfecta ahora mismo Jesus, acalma a minha mente e enche-me com a Tua paz perfeita agora. From São Paulo to Manila, from Los Angeles to Barcelona, across every place where sleep is broken and thoughts are unsettled, You are present. You bring calm. You restore order. So I release everything. I trust You completely. I rest my mind in Your peace. In Your name, Jesus, I receive calm in this moment.
