This episode focuses intently on the Stoic philosophy, and how this ancient wisdom applies to modern life and personal development.  Jon graduated from Lebanon Valley College with his degree in biochemistry and molecular biology. He’s currently a PhD candidate in pharmacology and physiology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He’s done research on protein structure and function, organic synthesis, and now studies insulin secretion and the interaction between diabetes and cardiovascular disease. In his spare time he practices BJJ, powerlifting, triathlons, and in the pre-COVID world stand-up comedy.
