Phoenix is from Delaware and attended The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Her Costume Design work is featured in the films: Beneath, Sex Ed, Burn County, and Sylvie's Love, earning her two Best Costume Design award nominations, and more recently, Moon Manor. Phoenix's television Costume Design work includes: the series Detroiters, A.P. Bio, and Chosen. Other costume design work of hers can be seen in: the film Black Panther and the series Mad Men, The Man In The High Castle, Stranger Things, and Hollywood.
