Physical world alignment

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

To avoid creating stress mind body and spirit must be in alignment.  Our spirit, our true essence, cannot change.  Therefore, to be in alignment we must change our thinking and behavior to match our essence, our devine spirit.   There are many thoughts we have that are not in alignment with our spirit and are thererfore causeing stress and inhibiting our experience of the true magnifencence we are.  One thought I'm working on healing now is the idea that time exists outside of myself.  It doesn't .  Time only exists to the extent I create it in my mind.  That's why being present is so attractive.  It is truth we can align with and end suffering with.  The way to heal the habit of creating time in my mind is to be conscious of when I'm doing that and refocus on the present moment. Our minds are immensly powerful.  True freedom is gaining mastery over our mind.  I can help with that with the thought coaching I offer.  If you're interested in a free introductory session, contact me at [email protected] to set it up.
