Hanah Polotsky, MD, MBOE is a physician executive with twenty years of progressive leadership experience in value-based healthcare, operations, and medical group management. With her proven track record of evaluating company needs and utilizing operational excellence, she facilitates cross-functional redesigns to improve healthcare access, quality, and patient experience followed by anchoring change in new systems, skills, and behaviors.Originally from Belarus, Hanah graduated from New York University with a Bachelor's in Biochemistry and received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Internal Medicine. After a few years as a clinician educator, she completed Endocrinology Fellowship at New York Hospital – Cornell and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. In her various roles including Director of Operational Excellence, Vice President of Medical Home Care Delivery, and Enterprise Regional Medical Director, she developed many innovative physician leaders.
