Happy Season 2 Finale, Pillow Princesses! 🎉 Roo and Aimee wrap up the season with cozy delight, starting by discussing the wildness of the latest episode of White Lotus. Holy moly! Roo calls out Aimee for saying she can't handle too much weirdness in shows, yet she still watches White Lotus. Aimee agrees but defends herself, explaining that it's the weekly chatter in the zeitgeist that really hooks her. It makes her feel young again, just like when she’d head to school after a juicy 90210 episode—though this reference is a bit lost on Roo, who’s too young to get it.The duo then dives into how friends and family have commented on the fort—claiming it’s actually a little sexy. (Not a sexy podcast, though!) Roo shares her struggles with microwaving foods that have various heating speeds, resulting in a somewhat painful experience when she burned her esophagus with a lava-like pocket of mashed potatoes.Next, Roo tells a hilarious story about ordering pizza, falling asleep, and waking up to realize the pizza never arrived. However, the pizza showed up at her doorstep the next day, likely delivered by neighbors who may or may not have some beef with her. This leads to the Question of the Day: How long can pizza stay out safely? Roo thinks if it’s a Pizza of the Night, it’s fine to stay out. But if it’s a Pizza of the Day, it needs to be put away. Aimee then brings up her love of ice cream cones, saying she enjoys having them at home as a treat. She loves when the holder of the food is edible, like an ice cream cone, a burrito, or a sandwich. Roo, however, disagrees, saying she dislikes ice cream because it hurts her tummy and melts too fast on the cone.Aimee shares that she used to have a theory that you couldn’t be mad while eating an ice cream cone—but after hearing Roo’s side of things and remembering the series of photos of Kanye West angrily eating one, her theory has officially been debunked.And that’s a wrap on Season 2!
