Pillow Fort - Episode 30 - Being Sick While Married & Happy Hour

Episode 30 is sick and boozy in all the right ways. Roo opens with the story of her two cats turning on her poor dog in a feline coup, while Aimee recounts her personal hell week: sick, on her period, off Adderall, off caffeine, and fully in need of being babied. She warned her family she wasn’t going to be great, but did they baby her? Of course not. Men never do. Roo’s advice? Suck it up, complain louder, and maybe throw a fit every six months (Aimee says quarterly is more fair). Women deserve to lose it more than every once in a while.From there, things get spicier. Aimee confesses to snapping the thongs on Victoria’s Secret mannequins (much to her teenager’s horror), only for Roo to call her out as no better than a man. That leads to a truly cursed tale of a massage school student who snapped Aimee’s thong mid-session—solidifying that massage parlors are almost always up to something.Finally, Roo brings us to safer ground: Happy Hour. Should it really be only an hour? She thinks not. They discuss their favorite happy hours: Antigua’s infamous 3-for-1s that left Aimee wasted by 6 p.m., and Roo’s beloved $14 pizza-and-a-bottle-of-wine deal.
