In ye olden days (well ancient Mesopotamia to be precise) pillows were made with whatever was at hand, like rocks or logs of wood. I'm sure that would rack up massive physiotherapy bills if those materials were used today. And pillows were used back then, not to sleep better but to keep their heads away from insects. I'll think I'll stick to the old SleepMaker ones.
