On this episode of the Adventures of Pipeman, Pipeman is joined by Velvet Chains, live from Blue Ridge Festival, live from Virginia International Raceway, Virginia. They start off talking about the poor weather which luckily came after their set. They say feeling the energy of the crowd after not playing music for so long was just incredible and they really enjoyed it. Pipeman talks about how good it is for people to have a release, both artists and fans. Talking about themselves as a band, they say they’re a weird mix of people with a tonne of different backgrounds and from different places, as he jokes, they can’t understand each other most of the time, and they just make awesome music. They say how they’ve been having so much fun on tours for the last four years. Touching on their music they say they can do rock, Brazilian samba or even some weird folkloric music, depending on your needs.Touching on Brazil, both Pipeman and the guys from the Velvet Chains agree that Rock In Rio is one of the best places to go, especially with the crowd. Pipeman says he’s going to have to apply media credits because he’s been told multiple times that Rock In Rio is the place to go. After Blue Ridge, the guys are heading back to Vegas where they’re from and planning some festivals for next year and a couple of shows in Vegas too, so they have a busy couple of weeks coming up, with more in the pipeline too.
