Plaintiff's Amended Exhibit List Includes Documents From Kohberger Criminal Case
from Kathy's InDieZoNe · host Kathy DiTondo
Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger which led to the civil defamation action for money damages filed on December 21, 2022 known as Scofield v. Guillard which is set to go to trial in February 2026 in Boise, Idaho (federal court). We discuss the fact that according to the docket a key court-ordered deadline of January 30, 2026 appears to have been missed as it does not appear on the court docket as of the morning of Feb. 4, 2026. However, Plaintiff has filed an Amended Exhibit List which includes materials from the Idaho v. Kohberger criminal case. Everything here represents the pure opinion, commentary, speculation and rhetorical questions per the First Amendment to the United States Constitution which states at Amendment I:Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. It is codified within Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act, which provides that fair use of a work “for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use, scholarship, or research)” is not an infringement of copyright. #Idaho4#Defamation#FirstAmendment#BryanKohberger
