Plaintiffs File 3 Papers in New Federal Court Action, Jan. 28, 2026

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation concerning the lawsuit styled as Goncalves et al v. Washington State University, a civil action filed by the parents of the four students lost at 1122 King Road and related to the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger. Following the removal of the state case to federal court by WSU on January 27, 2026, the Plaintiffs filed three papers in the new federal court case seeking pro hac admission of member of Plaintiff's counsel's team in the federal action.
