Planning Your Launch Year

from Ready, Set, Launch Podcast

In today's episode, I'm going to share with you my process for planning a year. From how much revenue you want to generate, right through to what your focus needs to be every month, in order for you to hit your income goals. While I'm not a fan of planning everything in details (I'm more "go with the flow"), I've learnt (the hard way) that you NEED to have loose plans when you're running a business in order to hit your business goals. If you have a goal to hit $100k this year or 1 million this year, you need to know where that money is coming from. I like loose plans, because I also believe that there is only so much in your control. When it comes to manifesting money, it's best to set your goals and then detach from HOW that money will come to you. So setting goals & planning = BIG YES But also, detach from the outcomes of the launches and also be open to following your intuition & pivoting if need be. In this episode, you'll learn: Exactly how I plan my year, in terms of launches & hitting income goals. How to develop a sales strategy for each offer [hint: Not every offer needs a big launch] A simple way to map your year that gives you structure, confidence and focus each month.
