In our Cricket Discussion, we had with former first-class cricketer and sports psychologist Graham Winter we talked about Playing Brave (Mindful Cricket Pillar 2).  After playing 14 first-class and 5 List A matches for South Australia Graham decided to retire from cricket to pursue a career as a performance psychologist. His career as a performance psychologist has seen him coach Olympic gold medallists, test cricketers and the executive teams of international corporations. He is the best-selling author of five books which include Think One Team, High Performance Leadership, and First Be Nimble. In his latest book Mindful Cricket, he brings together his passion for performance psychology and cricket to challenge and equip cricketers and coaches to find better ways to play a sport which everyone knows is played above the shoulders.
