Please Stay, Choose Life

Trigger warning for this weeks episode I share my experience with suicidal Ideation. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for almost my whole life so I know what it feels like to be in despair. I have been close to taking my own life and used to contemplate leaving this earth at least yearly sometimes more in hard years. I am so grateful I stayed and so grateful I got the help I needed. The key was to reach out. I stopped hiding what I was actually feeling. If you are struggling with deciding to stay in this world please stay.
