PodBiz Studios Engineer Robert Green sits down for a chat with Peggy Barron-Antolin. She is the owner of Office Evolution of the Triad. She is not a serial entrepreneur but a first-timer, having been driven to entrepreneurship due to job loss late in her career. Overcoming the disappointment of an unsuccessful job search, she invested in the Office Evolution franchise, opening the Greensboro location on Green Valley Road in December 2017 and her second location in High Point last October.Through her job search and business start-up, Peggy learned how to network effectively and make connections. Being an introvert, this was definitely stepping out of her comfort zone. Now, she finds helping people make connections for their business ventures one of the most rewarding aspects of her business. While she was getting her business started and networking, there were many people who took the time to connect with her and provide guidance, and she is happy to have the opportunity to do the same for others. Peggy is a Leadership Greensboro alum (2017) and a member of the Greensboro Airport Rotary Club. Outside of work, she enjoys equestrian sports and is a member of the Sedgefield Hunt and Triangle Area Polo Club.Office Evolution of the Triad is not just a shared workspace provider, it is a community-driven support team that connects you with other professionals in the area.
