Podcast Editor vs Podcast Agency. Which is better?

I want to fill you in on a secret in podcasting… Sometimes support isn’t the answer.  Shocking, I know.  But the truth is, not everything can be outsourced (telling you what can’t be in this week’s podcast episode).  BUT WHEN IT CAN be outsourced - you have to make some educated hiring decisions.  What will make your hiring decisions educated you ask? This is pretty simple.  Prior to hiring, you need to know if your need for support is around problems with your Purpose, Process, or Production.  Sound simple? It is.
